People & Office Manager

Our mission is to provide the best end to end encryption video service, making it a solid choice for organisations needing to communicate responsible and securely between users, uphold trust and maintain relationships in a safe environment online by using Vidicue. Vidicue offers a complete online video meeting platform which brings its users in the public and private sector a secure and verified communication solution, addressing organisational concerns such as data privacy (GDPR).
We are now looking to add a People & Office Manager to our growing team in Luleå. This new colleague will be responsible for building our HR function ensuring that we keep our core and culture whilst we are expanding our business both in Sweden and in the rest of the world?
- Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- HR support including vacation planning, sick leave and ensuring that health and safety polices are up to date
- Set up processes for negotiating contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives
- Develop our employer brand through activities, events and maintaining our employer value statement
- Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
- Implementing and maintaining procedures and office administrative systems
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, we recognize that you have at least 3 years of previous experience in HR & office management preferably both in a strategic and operational role. We think you are organized, structured and proactive. You enjoy working with a wide verity of tasks, where everything all fits into place to create an environment where your co-workers love working both online and offline. For us it is important that you have great communication skills verbally and written in both English and Swedish.
