This allows the customer to take complete control of their information. How does TDialog work?
In TDialog’s messaging solution, the sender creates and sends messages in the same way as one would from a regular mailbox. The primary difference is that both sender and recipient are required to verify their identity. When logging into the platform, authentication of the sender takes place. To send a message, the sender enters the recipient’s e-mail address which is linked to the recipient’s social security number. The recipient then receives a notification via e-mail and logs in with e-identification.
Just like Vidicue, TDialog enables organizations, primarily in the governmental/public sector and regulated markets, to communicate remotely in a secure sense. Since all sensitive information is stored in TDialog’s server software and installed on site, unauthorized persons won’t get access to sensitive information. In addition, the customer can set a time limit of when old messages and inactive users should be deleted automatically. TDialog increases customer satisfaction by offering flexibility without compromising on security.

Whistleblowing means that a person with insight into a company, organization or authority sounds the alarm that any irregularities occur. Whistleblowers often have good insight into the business but are generally also in a position of dependence, which creates a great need for protection against reprisals. The purpose of whistleblowing is to detect serious malpractice in the workplace. The best way to do this is through a whistleblower service where employees can, completely anonymously, report irregularities via a third party. By having a whistleblower service in place, it increases the chances of detecting risks and take action early.
Certezza has been aware of this demand for a long time - muncipalities and authorities lack functioning tools to be able to communicate securely. As GDPR rolled out, the problem became urgent. We discovered that there are no solutions on the market and therefore we decided to support and co-finance the solution of TDialog.
When TDialog was presented to us and we began our collaboration with Certezza, not only did I immediately feel that the solution addressed our needs, but also made our doubts and thoughts to non-issues. As of now, TDialog has solved our immediate need for secure communication, both for citizens and authorities, in an extraordinary way.
