What is Vidicue?
Vidicue is a secure, authenticated and end-to-end encrypted video communications platform. The authentication process solves the issue of communicating over video with external parties where privacy is paramount, especially when people have not previously met one another. It is already well adopted and used in multiple verticals, such as in healthcare by practitioners and patients in hospitals and community clinics.
How does Vidicue work?
The meeting guests can connect to the meeting from a tablet, mobile or computer to ensure flexibility and accessibility. Vidicue manages the flow of calls by providing an online portal with a digital waiting room function where agents choose to pick up their authenticated guests for the meeting, which eliminates the risk of unauthorized access to confidential calls. This is how it works:
1. All participants confirm their identity through Bank ID or other secure authentication.
2. The person invited is waiting in a digital waiting room and will not be admitted until the meeting invitee starts the meeting.
3. An encrypted and completely confidential conversation can be carried out without the risk of intrusion or the risk that sensitive personal data will be processed incorrectly.
